To order The shopping cart application is only valid for registered members who are logged in or have an account with us. If you are not a member, you may register with us, or email the product details to us for purchase. Sales All items sold are not refundable. Upon payment, purchased products are not exchangeable for cash or other products of similar value. Ztomiclab reserves to change the stated price without prior notice. Our staff will call the buyer to confirm the order before processing. Please allow up to 3 - 5 working days for your order to be processed and delivered. Sales of product is strictly in Singapore only. Ztomiclab will not take in any order outside of Singapore. Collection Customer can choose to collect their purchased products in the following methods below: Self collection - Buyer will have to collect their purchased products from the location given by us. Deliver to MRT - Ztomiclab delivers your purchased products to your desired MRT station with no extra charges (only for order > $50) Deliver to address - Ztomiclab deliver your purchased items to any stated address given by you or for registered user, to their home address. There will be an extra $3 delivery charge. Local postage - Buyer can choose to have their goods delivered by local postage. Buyer will have to pay the postage fee. Please remember to check if you are receiving the correct products that you had paid for and it is in good condition before leaving. Ztomiclab will not be responsible for any damage once we have deliver the products to the buyer.   Payment All payment will be Cash On Delivery. Return policy Ztomiclab provides one to one exchange of products within the first 3 days from delivery for items with manufactured fault or dead on delivery. For defective products, please also contact us immediately. Ztomiclab reserves the right to decide if dysfunctional items should be exchanged. Buyer will be inform about warranty information. In return cases, buyer can choose to go through RMA with us or contact the local distributor directly.
